The intervention field. Power, quality and many synergies
The activity of La Termoplastic FBM consists in transforming bulk molding thermosetting compounds and plastic materials, producing metal parts and assembling them. The refer is the one of the producers of pans and saucepans both in Italy and abroad. In 1995 the production capacity counted about 60 million pieces; today, thanks to the finishing of the new technological and innovative site, the production capacity is over 140 million pieces with the relative accessories. Such a production capacity, combined with the design quality and modernity, makes La Termoplastic FBM the ideal partner for companies all over the world wanting to improve and grow through this cooperation.
Production. Each need is a new challenge
The production of La Termoplastic FBM is entrusted to highly technological machineries. From the molding presses to the packaging departments the whole processing procedure goes through sophisticated robotized lines with computer-assisted control which ensure, together with a better quality of the produced articles, a logical optimization of the costs. The high technology has contributed to a rapid success but it is above all thanks to its cooperators that the company has reached such results so as to be able to face the market challenges.
The production sector. The machineries
The production cycle of La Termoplastic FBM includes also the production of metal parts with the help of highly technological computer-controlled machines which ensure a higher productivity and absolute precision. Production then reaches the assembling phase which determines the end of the whole cycle: during such phase all pieces produced in the molding and metal parts departments are checked by qualified operators and afterwards assembled. La Termoplastic FBM pays particular attention to the project and manufacture of its own machines for the assembly of the finished articles, thus enriching the knowledge acquired during years of experience.
The project department. The exclusive design
Through its project and design centre La Termoplastic FBM has always been in the forefront in each research phase of new products. Such constant research allowed the company to be first in the world to introduce the detachable handle. Afterwards it launched, always first, the line of side-handles and handles named "Home Colors" which, apart from offering a range of 40 color variants, had technical features of resistance and quality in line with the highest international standards. Today, thanks to the experience acquired in the realization of its production lines, La Termoplastic FBM has widened its article range supplying its customers with a wide choice of articles and accessories, which can also be realized on specific demand: they are studied to meet the different production needs, by always ensuring, with the usual manufacturing art, the quality of the materials and of the processing. La Termoplastic FBM signs its products with the FBM trademark so that they can be recognized and distinguished from possible imitations. For this reason and in order to offer a better warranty to its customers the company is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
The future. We will still rank first
The new technological and qualitative frontiers are the challenges that La Termoplastic FBM has accepted and that it will continue to face with regard to a simple yet effective global corporate strategy, aimed at searching for new partners and cooperators to grow with.
