Our team – the BOD
Today this family company is guided by the heirs of Francesco and Bruno Munari.
The Board of Directors is completely formed by the two founders and by their six sons and daughters.
Each of them controls a specific sector of the company.
In particular: Patrizio is in charge of the industrial production; Mauro is in charge of the commercial and marketing sector; Marco is responsible for the research and development department; Monica is in charge of the logistic and programming sector; Emanuela and Donatella are responsible for the financial and administration department.
The management team is supported by valid, motivated and young cooperators (the average age is 40) who are perfectly integrated with the management group.
Human resources
The management of the human resources inside La Termoplastic FBM is based on a clear principle: the cooperators are the main reference points of the company and their importance is much greater than that of the products themselves.
The 130 people employed at La Termoplastic FBM, 75 of whom work in the headquarter in Arsago Seprio, are the corner stone around which the whole company activity develops.
The working relations are therefore set as if being in a big family: the company management is ready to listen to its employees, shares their problems and accepts their proposals.
