The production starts in the research and development offices.
Here the engineers and designers give birth to new ideas, studying their feasibility and creating prototypes through highly advanced technological and computer systems.
When the company is ready to invest in a new project, the three production departments are given the green light:
• Molding department: suitable molds shape the Bakelite creating the different accessories.·
• Cutter department: aluminium tubular structures are cut according to different proportions for the production of fixing devices intended to attach the handles onto the pans.
• Shearing department: iron and steel are molded to realize metal details supporting the fixing devices. Each department is supplied with its own finishing area, where the products are polished and defined in their details.
The production also includes:
• an assembly department, where the pieces produced in the molding, cutting and shearing departments are assembled forming the complete product
• a recovery department, where the material is put again into the production cycle
• a warehouse for the raw materials
• a warehouse for the semi-manufactured products
• highly computerized warehouse for the finished products, which allows the complete traceability of each product: from its identification inside the packaging to the name of the processing operator.
